I'm looking for scriptural evidence from the bible that states that God is all-knowing and all-powerful. I've found some vague statements that might be interpreted as such, but does the Bible explicitly say this? Please include book, chapter and verse.

I've gotten closer but no one has been able to point out a spot that really says he is omniscient or all-knowing. Rev 19:6, which somebody pointed out as claiming he was omniscient, uses the word Almighty in both the NIV and RSV. I think that quote was from the KJV, but I need something that all Christians clearly agree on.

Neither.
I'm sure you can find many references to God being "all knowing" and "all powerful" in old books written by superstitious people. The Quran, especially, repeats this all through its text.
However, your search is a vain one, because God doesn't really exist.

Forget the scriptures.It is only a belief. Knowledge is better.
Here it is:
1.God does not require anyone to believe in God.
2.God is without gender,size, shape colour, or any of the characteristics of individual living being.
3.God talks with everyone, all the time
4. God is separate from nothing,but is everywhere present,the All in ALL, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the Sum Total of Everything that ever was,is now,and ever shall be.
5. God is not singular Super Being, but the extraordinary process called LIFE.
6.God is ever changing
7.God is needless
8. God does not ask to be served,but is the Servant of all of LIFE.
9. God is unconditionally loving,nonjudgmental, noncondemning, and nonpunishing.
If this is not what you are looking for, I can't help you.But this is knowledge and truth not written in any "holly"book. Consider.

The term "God" could mean anything...making it a neutral and often times meaningless word that people spend way too much time arguing about...
People who "believe" in "God" are simply doing what they want to do...they give definition to the word and apply it however they want - negatively or positively. In your private life the word is as important as you want it to be.
"God" aside, in the end it's what we do for each other that will make the world a better place. Not arguing and fighting over meaninglessness and silly religious traditions that were developed before the age of modern Science and medicine.
Do your best to promote scientific learning and rational thinking and don't worry about it. Man will always have an obsession with a "higher power" so we might as well get used to it...
Be well!

Here are three Scriptures:
Gen 17:1 When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, ‘I am the Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless - {Almighty = omnipotent}
Ps 139:7-10 Where can I go from your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven you are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, Even there Your hand shall lead me, And your right hand shall hold me. {God is everywhere}
Rev 19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, ‘Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!’
God bless.
