May is ask if this is a sarcastic question or sincere question. If you believe in hell, then I think you know that there is no air conditioning - nor is there any in heaven. Air conditioners break down anyway so you would just have to fix it. I'm being silly but No, that's why it's called hell - sorry.

if we conclude that hell is subject to boyles law (i.e. the more souls entering it the hotter it gets) then it would endothermic and would get hotter so there should be air conditioning - but then again it is hell so probable not
