Why not start a blog or forum for that? Or just reference the material?

Being as it is the religion section yes the questions and answers sould be posted here. My question was though why such long answers? Don't you think people would do their own study if they want that much detail?

I always give short and to the point answers, and I also say that IF you want more help, email me. However you have to explain in SOME detail what and why the answer IS the way you have given it. Since September of last year there has only been 1 person who has asked of more help, and that only lasted a week. I use the Word of God as my ONLY source of answers, and also the original languages, the Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic, to help people, but they give up so easy as it takes a little work on their part. If you would like some help with any questions you may have, please email me. I am not *saying* that to be a smart butt, but I will do so gladly.

Why should we start a blog? Lots of Christians on here have been saying they would like a Christian forum, so we can ask questions about serious topics. We use the forum in order to learn from one another and meet other Christians of like mind! I've been on many Christian discussion boards and this is better IMO. Whenever I ask a question related to Bible study, I usually start with "Christians:..." that way the non-Christians and the non-interested need not reply.

After all, it IS the religion and spirituality forum. And when you are trying to prove a point, it is your own words that should convince others...not just reference to others ideas.

My guess is that Bible people want to reach out to those who are not so interested in Bible study. It's fine with me.

They would still have to come in here to challenge you to read their blog.
