God and Hell do not exist. I should think that losing your mother would be bad enough without believing that she's in Hell.

Hell has not happened yet and God is the judge He judges according to the light someone has but He is very fair, He died so WHOSOEVER meets the conditions upon life is offered can be there and you don't know which way God will decide in Her case but YOU CAN KNOW that He is very loving and fair and about Hell in Rev. 20:6 Hell is the second DEATH, you see the EFFECTS of Hell is forever NOT the fire itself, in the next chapter God creates a new heaven [sky and the place where the stars are also called heaven not the place where God is] and new earth can't do that if the fire is still going and in any case the wadges of sin is DEATH the only ones that has eternal life is the ones in Heaven find out more about this and other subjects free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com God bless

I am sorry that you are hurting so much. But unless God personally told you that she was in hell then you really have no reason to believe that she is. As a matter of fact, if God told me that someone I loved went to hell I would tell him or her that he or she was full of it. Don't get hung up on religious nonsense if you want to keep your sanity and your life, and both of those are very valuable to both you and God.

Suicide is not rewarded by hell always. Most suicidal people are in a moment of insanity that makes them unaware of what they're doing; That's why they're Mostly Forgived.
Punishment is for those who commit it as absurds. as they didn't find anything more interesting to do. Have you heared about the problem of the Swiss youth? it's something like that.

Your mom won't be in hell. you don't understand what went on whilst she encountered God, or the place he chosen to deliver her. i myself DID a visit to hell, throughout the time of an in depth to-loss of existence adventure. the 2nd I reached out for God's help, i replaced into yanked lower back. (It took a protracted time for me to get the portion of being prepared to ask for God's help because of the fact i replaced right into a very obdurate, skeptical agnostic.) in the journey that your mom made the comparable request I did, there is not any regulation of guy it rather is binding on God that asserts people who devote suicide could be damned. would God provide you peace.

My sincere condolences on your loss.
I believe that most people who commit suicide do so without full knowledge of what they are doing and therefore are not in hell.
Catholics believe suicide when committed in full knowledge and deliberate consent is a complete turning away from God (a mortal sin) and will send a person to hell.
There are 3 conditions of a mortal sin: grave matter, full knowledge, and deliberate consent.
While suicide (or any kind of murder) is always a grave matter, people who commit suicide may not always have full knowledge of what they're doing. Drugs can definitely impair one's thinking, as can other things, such as diseases, intense pain, or anguish.
Therefore, suicide is not automatically treated as a mortal sin.
We are commanded by Christ not to judge others so we leave final judgment to God who alone knows each person's heart.
I will pray for you and your mother.
Catholics do pray for the dead for the following reasons:
+ We pray that the the dead person was right with God at the time of his (or her) death. God can do anything and is not constrained by a little thing like time.
+ We pray that the dead person will not have a hard process of purgation.
Yes, Catholics believe in Purgatory.
Are you perfect now? Most people would say no.
Will you be perfect in heaven? Most people believe yes.
Purgatory (or purgation) is the process of God's love changing our imperfect selves into perfect beings.
Depending on the amount of change needed by different people this can be an easy or slightly harder process.
Everyone in purgatory is on their way to heaven.
With love in Christ.

Just pray for her. That is the best thing you can now.
Grave psychological disturbances, anguish, or grave fear of hardship, suffering, or torture can diminish the responsibility of the one committing suicide.

We should not despair of the eternal salvation of persons who have taken their own lives. By ways known to him alone, God can provide the opportunity for salutary repentance. The Church prays for persons who have taken their own lives.
Peace and every blessing!

God is just and yet merciful. Unless she was a really bad person(did she accept Jesus ever) or an unbeliever, either way your worrying won't help. Just trust HIM.
