Am a single lady but I have a problem with my tommy. Its too big. Though i eat a normal meal 3 times a day. But anytime i put something in my stomach, my stomach looks bigger as if am 7months pregnant. I drink a lot of water, but it makes the problem worse, as my stomach tends to look even bigger when i take water. I have friends that eats a lot more than I do, but still have a leveled tommy. What is the problem, should I stop eating? or should i eat just once a day, so that my stomach will reduce? Its so embarassing, no clothes fits me because of my tommy.

you cant choose which body part to lose weight off - it has to be overall weight loss - its just one place your body likes to store fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

There are lots of things to help you such as tommy bands you wear them around your belly and it slowly makes you look slimer.
Also you could do gentle excerises such a stomach crunches. Or you could try going to the gym once a week. I dont think you should change your diet as it sounds as if its pretty good.
Good Luck

exercise, concentrating on your area of concern. crunches and sit-ups, curl-ups. get a trainer if you wish. or perhaps you should see a doctor. they could run tests. i mean if you're really concern, right?
perhaps you should go to the doctor first. this doesn't sound like a regular bloat thing.

I think you should go for a walk or a jog at a nearby park or playground for at least two kilometers every weekend.

I think you don't have enough muscles around your stomach. Try to build some muscles.
