Perhaps more times than I care to remember. When you say "...something is 'off'?" it is a non-intellectual feeling, but for me, has proven to be 100% true. In physics, the study of interconnectedness, emerges a concept/reality I embrace.
"There are invisible lines of communication everywhere." If this "theory" is accepted: "We are all physically connected...the molecules in your body are intertwined with the molecules in mine...there is a single force moving within all of us." I'll spare you a diatribe; those who have experienced this, know it to be true without further comment. Those who disbelieve, will continue to do so in any case.

I once awoke from a very intense, detailed dream, by a phone call, at my home, in Lakewood, CO., from my friend, who was in Macon, GA.
In my dream, I saw squad cars parked all around the house, my friend lived in. They were even parked in the backyard, where they had to drive in the grass, between houses to get around back.
They had my friend handcuffed and sitting in a chair, in the kitchen.
The police found drugs hid in a cinderblock, that was part of a support column, under the house. He had hid it there, in a plastic case, attached to a strap.
The phone call was from that friend, telling me, the police had just raided his place.
Most of my dream was exactly how it went down, they did have him handcuffed, in the kitchen but ,unlike the dream, they let him go, when they found no drugs.
He did have drugs, though and they were hid right where the police found them, in my dream.

Yes. And it can go further than that. If I focus on it I can sense facial and body features and recognize the person. It is also possible to sense pain or other discomfort and exchange energy in order to heal. Exchanging sexual pleasure is also possible. If it's really strong one can even see with the other person's eyes or hear what they hear. Distance plays no role at all.

Enough to call and ask what was going on. My friend's son had just been sent to the hospital with a life threatening head injury. It was strange, and special to be so connected. I live in MD, she's in TX.

The memories of my friends sing in my blood.
If they are sorrowful, I know.
If I am sorrowful, they know.
We know.
That is why we are friends.
Memories is a poor choice of word.
It is their spirit, their energy that sings within me.
We are one, no distance separates us.
We are never truly alone.
(Or perhaps that is just a perception of reality).

I did and found out a few days later she committed suicide. I was so upset that I didn't call her as the thought crossed my mind to do so the very day she had killed herself.

Nope. Not unless I caused it. Don't get me wrong, it's possible! There are things in this life I can't explain. Just because my mind can't grasp it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
