my weight is too much . i am suffring from obesity.i want to loose weight . suggest me healthiest way to loose weight & to remove extra fat from my body.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Walk, walk walk. Walk some more, you don't have to spend tonnes of money at a gym. Walk all the time, then you can't eat so much. Cut ALL your meals in half. Drink more water, it fills you up. No softdrinks. No milk shakes. No ice'cream. You can even exercise on the COUCH (lounge chair) - Lean back and ride an invisible bike, then you can pull your knees up towards your chest to exercise your belly.
There are many moves you can do sitting there watching the t.v. but you really must get moving, and start a new and active lifestyle in whatever way you can.

Always say to yourself you CAN do it, and always picture the image of yourself as you want to be. and you will become so. Best of energy to you. :)

Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, to keep your blood sugar even, which will help you to not crave unhealthy food.

Eat lots of raw fruits, veggies, & Yogurt.
Your biggest meal in the morning.
Your smallest meal at night.

Walking and swimming are easy exercises.
Once you get used to walking everyday, you'll become more energetic.

Drink water, I usually drink 1/2 of a bottled water at a time since the body only absorbs about that, in 15 min.

If yo truely want to do something about your weight then you will have to hange your eating habits. Yes most of your eating is habit and not because you are hungry.

No diet or anything else will do the job for very long.

It is up to you and just how much you want to change.
