Get her to the vets!
Take a fecal sample in with you.
A vet is educated in animal health and can diagnose the problem as well as share information on the treatment and provide any medicines needed. This is one of the many case when a vet is much better than strangers on the Internet.

Sorry but thats the kind of thing only a vet could give you a definitive answer on. At 16 years old you have to consider that maybe your dog's illness is age related and she could be suffering. Foamy poo usually indicates her insides are painfully 'churning' and after a week it has still not settled down so you should be getting worried.
If not promptly treated she will get dehydrated and very ill, possibly end up on I.V. fluids. Best case scenario, she's eaten something bad or come into contact with a germ her elderly body can't fight off and the vet will prescribe meds to ease her diarrhea and kill off whatever germ has caused it. Best of luck.
