im 14 and i want a six pack because i am kind of embarrased to even walk outside

i burn fat easily but i need really good exercises or i deas to get 1 fast

dont worry it wont be unhealthy i eat good food and everything im not an unhealthy little kid just trying to make my self skinny by not eating

Okay well, this gregory guy is wrong. Abs are made in the kitchen. Which means if you have a healthy diet your fat should come off, doing thousands and thousands of crunches will do very little, it will NOT burn fat and make you look skinner(it will build muscle so when you do lose the fat you have it will show better). If you want your abs to show, eat healthy, do cardiovascular exercises(running, swimming, jogging, etc.) and workout your abs for at least 20 minutes a day 3 days a week. And eventually your abs will show. hope this helps

Be very careful when going off a look. Pictures are airbrushed and you can even get peck inserts (that go underneath the muscles) to make the pecks stand out. Also body oil is often used. You might never become satified with your six pack if you don't know what it's suppose to look like. The best way is thousands and thousands of crunches. When I mean thousands, I do mean thousands. You will quickly loose definition or may never get it without liposuction as fat will deposit in the lines causing you to look fat. That's why weight lifters look like coach potatos.

Learn how to make over family favourite recipes by cutting out fats, salt and sugar. Substitute non fat yoghurt for cream, stir fry minus oil and use herbs and spices instead of salt for flavour.
