Well: yes the "Post Office is Open today & they do Deliver
Mail because Tomorrow would be Easter Sunday but
regular Service will continue on Monday 9th plus check
with them first "!

There's no reason why he shouldn't. I've seen them doing it while it was chucking it down with rain before so this shouldn't make a difference.
