My Weight Was 138pounds but i lost 3 kilos which i belive is 6 pounds, anyways i do excercises so im not losing muscle im actually gaining.

I also want to add that i drink prune juice so everything i eat comes out lol

Oh my. Go drink water. RIGHT NOW. You're probably severely dehydrated, and water weight has come off. Water weight always comes off when you're dieting regularly, but when you're drinking nothing but juice and fruits you're losing even more. Especially when you're exercising.

Go drink water! As long as your eating solid fruits too, you're not causing severe damage anywhere else, but you should incorporate some other things in your diet. Such as vegetables, maybe? Call yourself a temporary vegan?

the only way to know how much fat or muscle and you might have lost is by tracking the body fat percentage. if you went on a juice diet you would not have decreased the body fat percentage at all, you just lost water weight. the body does not release a high amount of fats for energy when it is in starvation mode

let us know how much you gain when you start eating.
all you lost is water waight and muscle (even if you excercised)
