If you want to lose weight and keep it off. and be healthier for it I suggest stop eating meat, dairy products and fish. There has been some medical tests that reveal that eating anything that has a face can cause your artieries to be clogged up with cholesterol, They've even shown that drinking milk is not a good source for you Vitamin C. because of the fat content in it, and the proteins actually can cause osteoperosis.
If you change your eating habits from eating anything that has to do with cows, fish, chicken and you only eat vegetable, fruits, grain, and beans, you will be healthier, skinnier,and happier.
Read the book called Mad Cowboy, The Rancher who won't eat meat. his life is told in this very knowledgeable book of why you don't want to eat meats.
oh yeah!
Drink lots and lots of water, juice etc. that too will help you to lose alot of weight.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Eat the right foods (not fried)
Do cardio work outs (Like running, join a gym)
Drink lots of water

Eat fresh fruit vegetables meat and fish no fat and oil and pasta bread take away food, walk swim and drink lot of tea

Drink COLD water - your body will loose calories to heat it....
