The real question here is, why would you WANT to turn your photos into this??????
Answer is, easy. Be sure to blow the faces out with an on-camera flash, then adjust the brightness and contrast even further to eliminate most details. Desaturate, and add back some red and yellow. Viola! Crappy picture.

you can always use adobe photoshop.it is a good programme and you can edit any photo into many nice things, cropping it also can... you can have a free trial for it.just go yahoo and type adobe photoshop and you can have a 30-days free trial(: try it.it is definitely useful and awesome(:

you need to get a program for it, you can dowload a free one called paint.net, all you have to do is add more contrast usually, and you should be left with a picture similir to what you have posted.
