abt diet & exercise in starting of gym?

i hv started exercising in gym. i hv never been to gym before. so pls suggest me wht kind of diet i shud hv & exercises. my height is 6 feet 3inch , weight 60kg.

i want to put on weight, if there is any instuctor pls help me on this coz it s important 4 me 2 gain weight.
