I mean how do they do it? I mean if they are at walmart of a store?

I believe all stores in the US that are above a certain size must, by law, have handicap accessible bathrooms. This means that there are handrails for the person to use to support theirselves out of their chair and onto the toilet.

Once the business is over, they use the handrails to lift themselves back into their chair.

well # 1 all & ido mean all public facilites as all privaite (4 busniess & un-known clientiellie ) the health es safty codes n regulations all stipulate for all persons too have access to structures ,hallways ,rooms thus a fair passage to the r-room ie where or were wud that person go. 4whatever reason of thus personal choice or of personan need. They usually have a sliding board that they place one end under a leg while sitting in the wheelchair and the other end on the toilet seat. Then they slide themselves over.

thats why most places are supposed to have a disabled/wheelchair toilet which has a wide door acess for the wheelchair, and lots of rails and bars to let you pull yourself outta the chair and onto the toilet
i thought it was the law that places are supposed to provide such a toilet access just like ramp accesses to the stores
