Pls suggest a juice tat i can drink after work out in gym. i need to build muscles, cos im skinny :(

You should take high carbohydrate and high protein diet.

.take proper diet. 3 main meals and 3 sub meals in a day. whey ,protein shake , ammino acids, carbohydrates will help you.(bananna shake + Protein powder ).don't use steriods. intake water as much as you can.when you use supplements ,you must work hard.then you will get best results.there is no short cuts.more reps with low weight .go to this link. to know your body type

hahaha =))))).... first i thought youre asking what to juice into your muscles (thats funny, couse that would work =))......
Why you want to drink juice?.. i dont think that it would help u to build bodymass... thats just carbohydrates... why dont you drink more water... Thats da best drink when working out...
And if u would drink it with creatine it would hold more water in your muscles (so it would look bigger)...

grape juice would probably be the best as it is high GI. get some vanilla flavored protein or something to mix into it.

I dunno where ur form but u might have seen Gilliam maceith on tv, ok she makes food so people can lose weight but a gd idea would be to make a smootie. you can put anything in a blender, allsorts of frit and veg. this will also be good for your digestive system
