Some religious people say that they see a deeper meaning from C.S. Lewis's novels 'The Chronicles of Narnia' as being connected to the Bible.

(example: Aslan the Narnia lion is in a way another form of Jesus and he died to save us)

Same again with 'Star Wars' films.... all about good Vs evil.

What are your opinions on this?
Are there any other possible bible references in other films/movies (apart from bibical films)?

True. I guess you could find a lot of biblical refs in any number of films and TV shows, even obscure ones (refs that is! :D) as in Battlestar Galactica and Exodus, although that's an easy one.
Me, I'm looking for the Star Wars refs in biblical stories, They're there! - The devil tempting Jesus in the desert = Emperor!
Mary Magdalene = Han solo.
the Apostle Philip = Wicket the Ewok.
The list could go on and on!

Fury: Absolutely ! C.S. Lewis has a unique way in relating characters from the bible to the public. Star Wars - the "force" re: Holy Spirit, Darth Vader -Satan. Yoda - apostle.

The chronicles of Narnia are deliberate and conscious Christian propaganda, so much so that reading them later in life almost makes me puke!
But I don't know about the Star Wars thing, I suspect people just impose what sense they want to on a piece of fantasy fiction. (Heck, that's what they've done with the Bibles, isn't it!)

It's just entertainment to me. People will find meaning in anything if they try hard enough. That doesn't make it true. But on a sidenote, C.S. Lewis was an avowed atheist for many years, as well as J.R.R. Tolkien, before they became deists-I think-later on in life.

The concept of someone giving their life to save the rest of us is a pretty powerful one. Especially if it's a very horrific and painful death, like Christs. And doubly especially if he went to this death knowing what would happen and yet doing it anyway without fighting to save himself or showing fear. This concept is what makes religion as strong and influential as it is. This influence shows itself in our various forms of expression like writing, art and film etc.
