i need some help. Im going on a vacation in approx. 21 days and i am having trouble losing weight and some fat (im sadly heavier than my own mother). I'm planning on doing more excersise and eating healthier for my vacation (plus my general health overall) but my mom is going on vacation in 2 days which means im stuck with my dad and sister, which means im going to get stuck eating a lot processed foods (my dad is going to be at work most of the time and i cant really cook). is there any way for me eat those processed foods while still doing my health plan? i really dont want to have to resort to excersising much more than i need to and i dont have a lot of money (there arent much available jobs in my area at the moment).
