Don't let people, like the first one to answer this question, cause you to stumble. There are plenty of naysayers who love mocking and scoffing God and Christians here. As he said, they just do not want to hear it. Amazing how so many people who feel that way come here to hear it all the time. They try using logic, science, and foolish nonsense to ridicule. Truth is, they are the most intolerant, bigoted, hypocritical, etc... just look at their questions and answers. Love your explanation of faith. One does not need to know everything about a subject to know that it works or does what it is suppose to do. Keep it up sister, and be the light. People called Jesus a hypocrite too.

Christians know we are in the last days.We have been told to preach the gospel to every living creature. When we do we are attacked. We do try to be humble ,but we are still human.Every Christian that lives the gospel is called a hypocrite.Jesus said if we love Him ,the world would hate us.
But this one thing I know ,When I stand before God.I never want Him to say I never preached about His Son Jesus.I am far from perfect, but God knows I am spreading His word.
All that live Godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.<><

Hypocrisy is saying one thing and doing another. The Christians that says he/she loves others but never makes any attempt to encourage or help in a physical sense is being hypocritical. It's also seen in those who talk behind other's backs or condemn people because they do something different.
We all have some areas in our live where we practice hypocrisy, even atheists, since none of us are perfect. The Christian is suppose to spend time with God and let God show him/her where there are areas in their lives that need to improve, then let God help you improve them. Over time the areas shrink and are replaced with God's ideas and values. Hypocrisy is less and less evident. Like most things it's a process and depends on the choices a person makes.

Patience, faith, and love.
Think about what you can change in your life to be more humble, and ask God for help. It is still important to remember nobody can be humble all of the time, we will still judge, make mistakes, and so on. At the moment though, be thankful that you have made the realization that a change in your life is necessary.

i can help you with the milk being white part:
The whiteness is due to the scattering of light by the colloidal particles of the milk emulsion. Just the fact that we get white shows that there is no absorption, so whatever is there is transparent. This is true of most whites. The excellent white pigment titanium dioxide is actually made of clear crystals, dispersed as colloidal particles. Nearly all whites are the result of scattering from colloidal-sized particles. Colors, like green, may be produced in transmission by absorption of other colors; no such process can produce white, which in fact is a subjective color, existing completely in the visual sense. White is a very special color.

My goodness, you have come a protracted way from having a gay affair with an elder's son to now condemning others options after in common terms one study with the Witnesses. What a fabulous turn around! How are Witnesses doing in the "do not stick to men" element? Are they allowed to question the possibilities made via their human rulers yet? As for me, I now not stick to people who set themselves up as spokesmen for God. Jesus warned that there could be blind classes stumbling around deceptive his people. Given the failed predictions of the Witness rulers, i'm unable to think of any team extra ignorant of the actuality than them.

Just look at all the great answers you already have accumulated for yourself just for having had the modesty and humility to come out and share your own feelings to absolute strangers and how you touched the heart of even an atheist who went out of his way and gave you a real good answer by going as far as to tell you what it is in his opinion what the role of a Christian should be and why they should have faith in God. Wow! That's something! You are much more worthy than you think to come to Him in prayer, in your heart, in your inner chamber as Jesus said, and yes in the name of His son Jesus, thank God, who even saw it fit this night to use even a self-proclaimed "atheist" to bring His own love to you and to cheer you up. He sure works in mysterious ways, doesn't he?
If you slowly read only three short chapters a day, you could read the whole Bible in just one year and I promise that every time you do, you will understand more and more each time. The only thing that you must do before you read is to ask for his spirit to help you understand, concentrate and get the sense of the things he is telling you in the Bible. You will see that He wrote it in such a way that when we first read it, He feeds us the milk of His word but that the more we pray and read, He begins to feed us the more solid foods from it and only when we show willingness and sincerety of heart, and pray (that's the shortest scripture in the book... "Pray incessantly!") 1 Thessalonians 5:17 May the true God be with you and Good Reading!
Keep in mind that when the day comes that we begin to use our brain as perfect humans will be able to again some day, all of the things we don't quite grasp today will beome very clear. Until then, don't break your head about how a serpent could speak''cause it didn't speak. It was Satan who knew that being an invisible spirit, Eve couldn't see him so he threw or projected his voice into that of the serpent who used to be a very handsome creature as it wasn't yet cursed with having to eat the dust of the earth, which came later...
As to walking on water, some Chinese masters of kung-foo can do it (I've seen it with my own eyes) so you can just imagine how easy it would have been for the son of God to do it... even Peter proceeded to do it and just began to fall when he started to be afraid. The only fear a Christian needs to have is the healthy and holy fear of displeasing the true God, that's all. One day at a time, we can cultivate even one of the nine fruitages of His spirit which he enumarates at Galatians 5:21,22 as we watch our own faith grow more each day and realize the extend of His love for us, which is always just a prayer away. Be happy, for in spite of all of the accusations Satan has sent his way and with all of the reasons we could give him to be in a real depression by now, for how much we have ignored his advice, He remains a happy God and so can we. (be happy!)

Love that's pure hopes all things,
Believes all things, won't pull no strings,
Won't sneak up into your room, tall, dark and handsome,
Capture your heart and hold it for ransom.
Love that's pure, it don't make no claims,
Intercedes for you 'stead of casting you blame,
Will not deceive you or lead you to transgression,
Won't write it up and make you sign a false confession.
Love that's pure won't lead you astray,
Won't hold you back, won't mess up your day,
Won't pervert you, corrupt you with stupid wishes,
It don't make you envious, it don't make you suspicious.
Love that's pure ain't no accident,
Always on time, is always content,
An eternal flame, quietly burning,
Never needs to be proud, restlessly yearning.

you just answered your own question--did christ run his mouth all the time? or did he actually go out and physically help people? How many thousands of miles do you think he walked, in a pair of rotten sandals, to find the most outcast members of society--magdelene, zaccheus,etc.--and make them his best friends?did he judge them? did he tell them they were going to hell? if anyone had the right to say that crap, it was him, for he WAS god, but he did not--why? he was trying to teach you something--did you get it yet?
