Snack bars are usually very high in sugar and can be low in fat... and are marketed as being healthy. So watch out for them.
You really should be eating only two fruits a day, and 5 serves of vegies. Something warm like a stir-fry is ideal. Easy and quick to make, and cheap too.
As for a replacement for hot dogs, try a soy substitute (over here in Australia they are called Not Dogs :P ) With some sauce on them, you'll never know the difference.

very good thinking! if you thought you are now got a good weight for your body, now is the time to maintain your weight.
vegetable, fruit and water is very basic that you need to take every day.
