The oil is a more concentrated source but the the powder has lignans and one of the best fibers for the colon. So keep using the powder. The omega 3s lubricate the brain, skin and arteries.

solid solutions so some distance. slightly extra: floor flax seed for sure contains the oil and so lots extra as properly (minerals have not been suggested yet, and it truly is totally intense in those), however the issue with it truly is that floor seeds are so lots extra uncovered to air than the oil is, distinctly if the oil is in drugs. This concerns because of the fact the unsaturated oils in flax seed are somewhat soft to oxygen, and in case you keep the floor seed too long the oil in it is going to consequently circulate rancid - and stale vegetable oil is unquestionably not solid for you! short answer; the floor seed is probable extra appropriate, yet provided which you purchase it in small quantities or grind it sparkling from seeds earlier use - and in case you will shop it, shop it in the refrigerator in a sealed field. in case you employ liquid oil, it truly is a lot extra appropriate saved in dark bottles in the refrigerator too.
