you don't want to get fatter, no no no. Then you'd be too soft. You wanna build muscle. Starting slim is a clean slate for that. Carbs for energy before you work out and protein to heal the muscles after the workout.

first check up yourself if you have any physical problem or clinical reason to be too thin and slim..if you have then undergo diagnosis and treatment by your doctor...well..if you want to get fatter then
1.eat properly full of carbohydrate,suger,fatty-oily and high- protein diet
2.sleep properly particulerly at noon after a heavy lunch (if you can)
3.practice some physical exercise for body building and muscle growth (it will be better if u admit yourself to a fitness center
4.take some multivitamin+mineral+poly amino acid or protein synthesiser tablets after food and liquids syrup hunger stimulator before major food

if u want to increase ur protein intake the best is drinking milk with eggs in it
for fats
butter,cheese,pizzas,bananas,potatoes etc
