ok this might sound stupid but my brother is 18 years old and he weights 270 but the problem is that he is light skin but his neck is completely black what can he do so it could go back to it's normal color my mom said it's because he's fat but what can he do actually this is not joke I'm foreals ok please answer pronto

He might have a medical problem related to his weight. Heart problems can make your skin look darker so he should be checked out by a doctor to be sure. Some skin conditions can cause it as well.

Maybe this is a case of over-exposing his neck to sun! Covering the neck with a high-neck dress could alleviate the problem!

Consult a dermatologist. This is not a life-threatening problem, though. I've seen several discolorations that happen to obese people while working in the medical field.

Buy lightening cream at CVS or any pharmacy and it is not forreals but "for real".
Hey....at least he did not break his neck and have a ten hour neck operation and have a scar from his skull down to his buttocks~~~~I did........oh well.......I do not dwell on how to cover up the scars all over my body.

they do skin bleaching . porn actors have their rectoms bleached. try a hair removal salon.
