Hi,

I am suffering from Minimal Change Disease and the swelling keeps coming atleast once in 3 months which makes life very difficult.

I just wanted to know what will be the best diet to keep a check on Nephrotic Syndrome.

Also,pls let me know taking steroids for a longer period, what will be the side effects.

A balanced diet is always good for any type of body and health! Apply brakes on consumption of steroids as once your body gets used to taking them, you may become addicted and then the situation will be totally different!

Water! Water! Water! drink large quantities of liquid.Cranberry juice, vitamins and minerals- A, E, C, B2, B12.
Steroids will harm your body in long term process and they have side effects.
