wats your question if its normal or if its good? if you want to lose weight and you have lost 5lbs wouldnt you say that is good? and about all the other things like counting your calories and weighing yourself people on diets do that stuff so it is normal.. Are you trying to get people to say you have an eatting disorder?

Wow that fat chick is being so hypocritical, but lets ignore her. These guys are right about you having an ED, regardless if some of them used it in context to put you down. It's a pretty serious mental/emotional disorder thats all too common for its own good. Try and find a good friend and get some emotional support. Unless s/he also sufferes from any ED-NS, then I think you both are just going to feed the flames of this way of thinking. Support is what you need right now, not fitness advice.

One chew of something gained't reason weight benefit. Gaining weight is done via the weekly and month-to-month that upload up. you do not unavoidably could count number energy, I do count number energy although because i'm attempting to shed some pounds and if I see i do not shed some pounds, i attempt to regulate for this reason. notwithstanding, you'd be wholesome and be high-quality no longer counting. in simple terms devour food and get lively each and every once in a lengthy time period and under no circumstances something undesirable will come out of it. it really is plenty a lot less stressing. keep in mind that weight benefit would not are available an afternoon (it truly is water "weight" no longer fat), it takes months or weeks to be sure something large, and weight benefit gained't without be conscious come that you won't be able to end it. in case you do see your gaining weight, then decrease back a touch, it truly is it.

no, you are NOT losing fat!!!! you are losing muscle because you are undereating and when you do this - your body is not gona let ANY fat go.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

If supposed, I guess. However, 5 pounds a week is almost impossible. If you somehow manage to be doing this, it's extremal unhealthy and very dangerous. I would also say that you might be slightly over compulsive.

Hope this helps!
