i heard that too much sodium can make you gain weight - is that true ?

If you gain any weight, then it is water weight. Sodium does not have any calories and therefore, it can never add fat.

Your body needs sodium. However, too much can raise your blood pressure.

Too much sodium will definitely result in high blood pressure. That much I know. I agree with the previous answer that none is not good either. We should have some sodium in our system.

ya it can, i not aloud to much sodium (aka - salt) because its bad for the kidneys and heart and because of that i have lost weight so ya...no sodium is good but you should have atleast a little bit of it lol
