All you can do is try a spoon of it and see. For some it works well. For cough add lemon to the warm honey and a dash or three of alum. Good stuff.

Honey has a bacteria that is natural in it. That same bacteria will make a child or older person sick.The best thing to use is a half teaspoon of salt disolved in 8 ounces (240cc) warm water. gargle with it. It is a good antiseptic and anesthetic

chamomile tea,
honey tea,

yea i does actually what we do is but honey into a cup put some milk in there heat it up for like 50 seconds mix it then drink it it helps alot!!!!

Yep! It works for me!
But it only works for about 30 minutes!
Make it coat your whole throat, swollow it slowly =)

i think it does... when i cough a lot, i take a drink of honey and let it coat my throat.
