All you can do is try a spoon of it and see. For some it works well. For cough add lemon to the warm honey and a dash or three of alum. Good stuff.

Honey has a bacteria that is natural in it. That same bacteria will make a child or older person sick.The best thing to use is a half teaspoon of salt disolved in 8 ounces (240cc) warm water. gargle with it. It is a good antiseptic and anesthetic

Honey in regular tea,
chamomile tea,
honey tea,
green tea with honey,

yea i does actually what we do is but honey into a cup put some milk in there heat it up for like 50 seconds mix it then drink it it helps alot!!!!

But it only works for about 30 minutes!
