I hope I don't sound too confusing. You know right after you eat, when you're burping or hiccuping because your food is going down, and sometimes your food comes back up. Is it bad when you swallow your "throw-up" or up-chuck(whatever the proper term is)? I know this probably sounds gross, but thanks anyway.

Such things do happen sometimes but don't bother too much about it! Next time around, whenever you have a meal, make sure you eat or fill your stomach only half or not more than two-thirds, and drink a glass of water a while after every meal!

This could be a form of acid reflux disease. If this continues to go on, and you get heartburn, you could be "burning" your esophagus from your stomach acid. You should get it checked out if it happens frequently.

Otherwise, swallowing your vomit is not harmful.
