the very easy one would be with graham crumbs, add melted butter or margarine with sprinkles of sugar.

Pie Dough

Here is a good basic pie crust recipe.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening, chilled
3 tablespoons ice water
DIRECTIONS
Whisk the flour and salt together in a medium size bowl. With a pastry blender, cut in the cold shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons ice water over flour. Toss mixture with a fork to moisten, adding more water a few drops at a time until the dough comes together.
Gently gather dough particles together into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes before rolling.
Roll out dough, and put in a pie plate. Fill with desired filling and bake.

Have fun.

If you have any people who are heart-conscious, this recipe does not have partially-hydrogenated oils (trans fat).

Butter Pie Crust

1 cup cold, unsalted butter
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup cold water

Cut butter into ½ inch cubes. Mix flour, sugar, and salt together. Add butter and work mixture with a pastry blender until crumbly and butter is pea-sized.

Before doing anything else, make sure the butter is cold by holding a crumb. If the butter stays together and your fingers are not greasy, continue. Otherwise, refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle cold water over mixture a little bit at a time until the crust just pulls together.

Roll out on a lightly floured surface
