It is possible but unlikely. The vibration that produces the sound by blowing across the top is from air in the bottle and not the bottle material itself. If the air could excite a resonance of the glass as well, then it may cause the bottle to break. That resonance would be like the sound you get from rubbing the rim of a thin glass. I think it would be hard for an air stream to produce that kind of vibration, but that is what would have to happen to break the bottle.

If you're blowing air directly into the bottle, then yeah you can break it given that the compressor is putting out enough pressure and the bottle cannot withstand it. But if you're talking about breaking it the way an opera singer uses her voice to break glass then the answer is probably not. You have to reach a certain resonance with the glass for it to be able to shatter. You'd need to achieve a certain pitch for that.

Sure, the air would push the bottle over the edge of a table and it would smash to pieces on the ground! =)
Kidding, but seriously... most likely not is my guess. Although if you put some kind of nozzle on the end of the hose to shape the output and angled it just right with the top of the bottle, you might be able hit the resonance frequency of the glass.
Or you could just stick the hose in the bottle and seal it air tight and the pressure might break the bottle (if it's cheap glass).

yes but to produce such effect you will need a perfect airtight arrangement so that air leakage does not occur before the pressure inside the bottle reaches the desired level.
