He died just for you....For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God

Yes, but I did not always think so. People need a reason why they should believe. Jesus did not die. Jesus lives. In the Resurrection he came back to show us their is hope. He lives forever in heaven with his father and waits for us when we die.
He was there to be an example of how we should live and treat each other with respect and love. It is not enough for us to believe, but be an example for others to show them love and kindness in an unkind world. God is the judge of all man's hearts. There is forgiveness for all who love in there hearts. The non-believers do not believe because they have not been shown kindness. They have not been taught to love. If you want to be a witness care for those who hurt the most or do not believe because they need to be cared for the most. Please show that there is hope first. But do not condemn anyone because they do not understand god's words and teaching.

God loves all unconditionally. God gave us loose will understanding finished properly that absolutely everyone persons could desire to apply that loose will to cut up ourselves from the countless. So why could God supply up loving us if we are in basic terms exercising the loose will that "he" gave to us in the 1st place. God hopes all us will make a extra appropriate determination and seek for oneness with God incredibly than separation even though it remains our loose will to not seek for this oneness. surely we are all extensions of the countless, yet we could desire to comprehend that interior ourselves earlier that's a take place actuality in our beings. additionally there is truly little difference between Christians and Atheists. the two deny God. Atheists deny God exists in any respect on an identical time as Christians deny God lives interior themselves. They try this in spite of if Jesus stated that the dominion of God is interior you.

Yes, I've experienced God's love first hand. But I'm not a christian as in committed to the interpretations made by the church and actually disagree with alot about present day Christianity. Seems to be all blow and no go. American evangilists celebrating the death of innocents in Iraq because they are enemy's apparently of America. The death and suffering of anyone is significant to God and God prooved it to me, in helping me, a non-christian.

So... your god is your jesus, and your jesus is the son of your god. Therefore your god is his own father, right? Isn't that incest-like? Anyway, your jesus died on a cross (like many, many others) and "rose from the dead three days later" (like a vampire) and then... Wait a minute, I'm confused. Sounds like a badly written B movie to me.

The concept of another person dying for you might fill some people with joy, but I fail to see how telling someone that they are responsible for an innocent man being humiliated, tortured, and killed, is beneficial.

I do not want eternal life, I don't want to go to heaven, and I am not going to worship your god. You have yours and I have mine, okay?

Yes, thanks for spreading the good news.

Don't worry about the negative comments you get.

Keep shining the light of Jesus every where you go!

"Therefore Pilate said to Him, 'So You are a king?" Jesus answered, 'You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born , and for this I have come into the world, to testify the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice."
John 19:37

Thank You Jesus for dying for our sins You are King of Kings and Lord of Lords

Unique, do you have children? If you do, I bet they miss you, since you spend all this time online. Now do yourself, your children and all the Y!A users a favour and take these fairy tales and go tell them to your kids.
If you don't mind telling your kids gorey tales about people being nailed to wood and brutally tortured to death, that is.

I think that you should take this platitude on the road, and use it to reassure people as they are being murdered, tortured, raped, etc. What a comfort it must be in their final moments of life.

I THOUGHT THAT SIMPLE PREACHING FROM THE PULPIT WAS BANNED ON THIS FORUM ...

Give us a break and ask a serious theological question. Then we could give you a serious opinion as an answer.
This sort of nonsense only makes intelligent people cringe.
