the data in the cd should be seen only when the cd is inserted in the drive. the data in the cd should be copied or it should be dumped in to cd. please help in this issue

You can't. Don't bother to try. Any sort of copy protection is broken within a week of reaching market (the only exception is Starfoce, which causes massive system instabilities)

use something like valvue games use XD. If you want to play their games you have to log online, then I believe it verifies your CD and then after that is done sends over a secure connection, the decryption keys ...
Thats quite a complicated task ... but if its REALLY important data ...
