Bible says "Praise Him with the loud-sounding cymbals; praise Him with the clanging cymbals", "So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows"

Not just the bible, but also Quran says, Al Qur'an "Call upon Allah(God), call upon Rahman(Benefiecent), by whatever name you call upon Him (it is well). For to Him belong the most beautiful names"

In the Vedic scriptures, it is understand that the One Supreme Personality of Godhead's many names are classified into two categories:-
1.SECONDARY names- In relation to creation of material world (earth, sun, moon etc...) Jagadisa, Jagannatha,Lord of the universe, etc.
2.PRIMARY names-Part of the eternal, spiritual, transcendental pastimes (lila) of the Lord. Krishna, Rama, Narasimha, Gopla, Govinda etc.,. The complete manifestation is the name KRISHNA. KRISHNA means "All attractive", due to possessing the six opulences in full, viz., knowledge, beauty, wisdom, strength, wealth and renunciation.

There are many quotes emphasizing calling upon the names of the Lord, especially Kalisantarans Upanishad mentions the following arrangement of names of Krishna, Rama and Hare.

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare

Yes. Acts 2:21 in the New Testament quoting Joel 2:32 of the Old Testament. Joel prophesied that, in the end, the Holy Spirit would be poured out on all men, and whoever would call upon the name of the LORD would be delivered. Acts renders the Hewbrew word for "delivered" as "saved."
