so i am about 5'10 5'11 and i am just under largest weight i should be at my height (i read on a weight chart thing that i shouldnt be over 135 lbs at my height). i have been trying to lose weight, i dont want to be super skinny just healthy and more muscular, but with school starting at 7:30 i have to leave at 7, and being a teen its really hard for me to get up early enough in the morning and i also have alot of home work so with how early i have to get up staying up later than i have to really isnt an option. i have been eating healthier too but its not helping enough. my dad has started calling me fat, not directly saying "you're fat" but saying stupid little comments and it really hurts me but he doesnt seem to care, i dont know if he is trying to get me to lose weight or what but i know thats not the right way . the end of the year is coming up we always have a party type thing and its at the beach and every one wears a bathing suit and i really want to too. ......

at that hight you should weight around 150-160lbs. 135lbs- you would look anorexic.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
