What kind of shape is it in. Is it all original? How are the tires? How is the front end (i.e., steering, suspension)? Does it run like it should? Is it an automatic or a standard? (Yes, they made an automatic, but they are very rare). An original beetle, in tip top should, can go for upwards of 5,000, sometimes more for cetain models.. Put yourself in the buyers shoes, would you pay 5,000 for it? If not, what would you offer for it?
