Wouldn't you be scared of that clone of Jesus? How would we know that he wouldn't turn out evil? Was it His DNA that made him good, or the fact that He was God's son?

Catherine,
obviously I don't think that the clone of Jesus is Jesus. I didn't ask if Jesus would be evil. I asked if his clone would. Do you think that clones of people would have no souls? Or do you think that clones of people would pull the souls of the dead back into them? What if you cloned a living person? Would the sould inhabit two bodies then? No, the soul in the body of a clone will come from the same place as the body of an unborn baby.

Mr. J. Indeed, the clone of Jesus would likely not have supernatural powers. But he would have the prestige of people who thought that he did have the powers. And let's not forget that Jesus was also extremely charismatic. That CAN come from people's genes. Was it Jesus soul that made him charismatic, or His DNA? If his DNA helped, then the clone would also be charismatic. Think people would listen to him? Think he would hold sway over some people? Imagine what works a guy with the prestige and charisma of Jesus could accomplish.

I reread my question and it seems that it could be misinterpreted.
I didn't mean he had no soul. I meant that he had a different soul.
Darnit. Screwed up the most profound question I ever asked.
