The key determinants of whether HIV transmission is likely to occur are (1) having with a partner with a high level of virus in her blood (either immediately after her infection or as symptoms develop); (2) pre-existing STDs increase the vulnerability of a man to HIV infection in two ways. They increase the infectiousness of the female and an open lesion on a man's penis (syphilis or herpes) increases the vulnerability of the male; and (3) men who are uncircumcized stand a greater chance of infection than men who are circumcized. The foreskin is delicate, is frequently subjected to minute tears in the skin during sex, and vaginal fluid containing the virus may remain under the foreskin even after sex. This increases the contact period during which infection can occur.

Another female-to-male means of transmission is through sharing needles.

I got identified with genital herpes (type 2) about 5 yrs ago, when I was still attending college and had a foolish one-night stand. I know a lot of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/PVDpk everything got better.

Not only was I able to remove all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

Aids is contracted by blood to blood or blood to semen contact. That's why gay sex is the most dangerous as it's more likely to have lesions through which semen can contact blood.
Circumcised men have also been shown to have 60% less chance of contracting AIDS.

Bodily fluids can transmit HIV which causes aids. So, yes, you can get HIV by having sex with an infected person or by blood transfusions, or sharing a drug needle.
