i have very minimal lower belly fat but it shows more because the rest of me is slim. and i have formal event that i want to look good at in less than a month, so i want to lose it quickly.

Sweetie there is no FAST way to rid yourself of abdominal fat. But there are plenty of things that you can do to shrink your mid section. I will give you several exercises that you can try.

Flutter Kicks: Lye on your back with your hands underneath your buttocks. Raise your legs about six inches off of the ground and individually raise each leg about six inches into the air. It is a four count exercise and after each fourth count is one repitition. Try to do at least 25 reps.

Of course you know about crunches and sit-ups. And the great thing about abdominal muscles is that they repair themselves very quickly so you can exercise your abs eveyday if you like!

stick to strictly walking, and ab workouts, hold a crunch as long as you can, all you need to do is tighten the belly, and it will look alot better..

start with walking a mile a day
(if you want to do this quick which a month is pretty quick)
you have to do as many crunches till you can't handle it anymore, and situps, situps can be done with someone holding your feet for the first week.
after you cool off a little bit, take a really hot shower, while your pores are still open, and you will burn more fat under the steam... buy some creatine at your local health food store also, (take double the dosage on the bottle, its kind of expensive but it works GREAT!!)
take the creatine before your walk, or run, whichever you prefer.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

this is a yoga method just try it. you have to remove shirt stand in front of a mirror and both arms at waits expire the air and move your andomenal muscles in and out. it may be a bit difficulty but in a day or two you will get teh hang of it its verry god for stomach problems and shape of the belly and you can do it repeatedly and as long as you want and can. all the best.good bye for lower belly

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Don't ever EVER fast. I started and can't stop. It basically impossible to get rid of. Most women have especially after puberty because it is supposed to feed the baby once you get pregnant. Im bordering on "severly underweight" and I still have a small pooch.
