Ok, so I am supposed to bring the dinner rolls for our massive family Easter dinner. I have to bring probably around 100-125 rolls. The problem is that I won't have time to bake rolls between church and dinner. So, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on different kinds of rolls that would be ok to eat at room temp. I also need to stay as frugal as possible, thanks:)

I say go to your local bakery and buy an assortment of rolls. Any roll is good at room temp...at our local bakery, you can get 36 rolls for 3-4 bucks. You couldn't make them yourself for much cheaper than that -- especially if you consider your time, oven heat and ingredients. Or, just bake them all the night before and put in a tupperware type air tight container and you'll be fine.

Whole wheat dinner rolls would be fine.

Actually, the trick is to buy any type of roll you like, wrap them all in aluminium foil, pop it in a preheated oven for a few minutes before going to your family dinner and when you take them out, poke a few holes in the foil to let the steam out so there's no condensation during your drive and serve when you get there (Assuming the dinner is not at your house...). Voila! Hot dinner rolls ^_^
