No, when Daniel Webster challenged him in court, he waived his immunity in order to circumvent the the law of "foreign princes"having dominion over citizens.

Chef: Satan IS on the Earth. He was around at the initial sin of Adam & Eve. He was around when Jesus Christ walked the earth. And , he is around today. Satan led one-third of the angels into a rebellion against God, was cast down to the earth ! Satan will personally, intiate the infamos, "Beast" and the "False Prophet" in the last days of the last days, of this age, we all live in ! Satan will even, take a shot at the Christian church to try and cause it to fail and falter during the times, of the end. Since Jesus Christ supplanted him at the cross, Satan does not have "diplomatic immunity" from God - or we, all, would be a non-issue right now !

I think he's already here and I believe he already has diplomatic immunity, bible calls him the god of this world. If you're a god of a certain place you can do what you want when you want.

Satan and his demons have been confined to earth since Jesus threw them out of heaven and banned them from ever returning in 1914. Why do you think the world is in the sad situation it is in now??

Rev 12:9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”
