Hasn't happened to me, but I have found money on a few occasions and that's a good way to describe it. It felt like that ikea commercial where the woman is running out of the store, " start the car.... start the car".

No. I just count it to be sure what's there, and give back the extra.

Many places make the employee pay back any shortages at the end of a shift. I cant see taking money that doesn't belong to me, and maybe having the clerk go home with less than she/he should have.

i used to b a checkout chic and scabs like u r too dishonest to give it back, i am so good it happens to me all the time and i always give it back, it happened last week the girl at the video shop gave me $10 too much, i said noooooo i only gave u a $10, and handed it back, see im tooooo gooood

never really happens, I know I would be thinking about it forever after if it did. I believe in Karma, and it would bother me.
