If God has made sure the Bible has survived total destruction no matter what, and if that bible says that God has a book with all of our names in it..then yes, I believe it to be true..and I believe that God knows every name we might change ours to..since he knows how many hairs are on our head..and knows when every sparrow dies.....since He created everything. He has a book, rest assured of that.

Actually says in the Bible that when we get to heaven, we're going to be given a white pebble with a new name written on it but as others have already said, God is all knowing (omniscient) so He's gonna know the name you change to on earth...... :)

The Book you refer to is not a Book as you see it. It is call the Book of life and holds all names and their deeds. It is a spiritual book.God remember everything and dosent need a paper and pen to write your deeds down,it is written spiritually

Yes. And when someone changes their names, he changes the name in the book.

He even knows how many hairs we have. WOW!

I am a christian and I don't believe that God has a that book. It really depends on your point of view, whether you think He knows everything or not.

If somebody changes their name, they have to go to church to pick up the right forms to submit to heaven within 45 days of the name change. If they don't they will be rejected from heaven, but will have 60 days to file an appeal. If they have a legitimate reason for not filing the paperwork (preferrably with a doctors note), then they will probably get in. Otherwise, you're eternally screwed.

Its the Book Of Life.
Whether its an acutal book or not who knows.
He knew who we were before we were born and so I dont think it matters what our name is and if we change it.
My name doesnt define me and if I do change it, God will know because he knows everything :) lol.

I've left specific instructions in my will and trust that my name be changed to Mother Theresa upon my demise. I'm gonna draft that b**** into the promised land come hell or high water. I'll be like a remora. I'll be so deeply embedded in heaven before they figure out there's two that it won't matter.
