If you go to Wendy's you have to be very strict with yourself and not indulge in the fries and burgers every time. Stick to a salad or a baked potato. I'm pretty sure they have their calories and nutritional info listed on their website, so choose something plain for everyday, and treat yourself only once a week or once a month.

If you have any space at work, you can store some "pantry" items at work (that way you won't forget). Peanut butter. Whole wheat crackers. Tuna in a can or a foil pouch. Soup or stew that you just add hot water to. Cold cereal (Wendy's has milk, IIRC). That sort of thing. If you have a little refrigerator space, you can do better.

Stick a sticky note on your front door saying "GRAB LUNCH" and that might help you remember it better.

Also, use your breaks and part of your lunch hour to take a walk or do some sort of stretching/exercise routine. It depends on how much space you have. If you can interest other co-workers in it, your work might let you use a conference room or other space for it.

Good luck!

Eat breakfast every morning when you get off. Then if you go straight to sleep eight hours later eat lunch. Eat a light snack a few hours later. The Abs Diet recommends fruit smoothies. Eat again about half way through your shift. That meal should be something healthy you prepare at home. Start working out regularly your body will adjust and you'll have more energy.

People won't ask you to go to Wendy's if they know you bring your lunch everyday. Pick one day a week that you let yourself cheat and eat out. You can also snack on fruit or dairy if you feel hurgry. No soda even diet.

Change your eating habits. Even if you work at midnight you can make better choices. Fast food is terrible! It's loaded with fat and calories! If you have to have McDonalds or Wendy's, choose a salad. Forget the rest.

I just moved from the grave shift because you do not function as well.....maybe consider moving to a day or swing shift, will probably be a lot better for your body.
