Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Just because one person thinks another is ugly, doesn't mean the next person will think the same thing.
Attractiveness is an opinion, not a fact.
Now that that's out of the way, if a person, in your opinion, is unattractive, they'll be everything but attractive (obviously). They could have a great sense of humor, or an awesome personality. It varies from person to person.

I don't usually answer in this way but... that's a horrible question to ask! People who judge others about their physical appearance should take a good, hard look in the mirror and assess their own shallowness. Just because YOU might think someone is ugly, it doesn't mean that they are. I think most of the people who answer this question will agree with me. Ugliness is a judgmental, insecure spoiled child... not a someone who is deemed unattractive.
