I'm 15 and skinny but I have a little bit of tummy fat and a little bit on my underarms. What is the best way to remove 'em??

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

What you need is to make a homemade liposuction machine. Get a high amp vacumn cleaner and some 1/4 inch copper pipe. Reduce the opening of the vacumn hose by smashing it down onto the inserted copper pipe. Sterilize the copper tube with a blow torch then insert it in a small incision made into your belly. Suction alone won't remove the fat so you need to scrape the fatty tissue off from the inside of your skin. Always keep pressure against the skin to avoid hitting a organ and thus causing some real problems. Finally sew it up with a needle and a thread. You will have major bruising, but this will go away in a few weeks leaving a beautiful tummy. If you think this is reasonable solution you need to seek help because you have mental problems.

Don't be so alarm with those "baby fats" on your tummy 'coz it's normal for us, growing teens. Like me, I'm only 16 but I don't mind that baby fats...Minding that will make you conscious anyway. A little exercise everyday will work to firm your tummy. Don't be to serious in taking exercise, I mean hard exercise (trying to build a figure...) 'coz it will affect your growth. The samething with that fats on your underarms...

Some skinny persons tend to have excess skin mostly on underarms and on the arm itself so balance exercise and eating will help a lot.

To avoid having larger fat on tummy,:

1. After you eat (every meals), avoid seating or lying on sofas, beds because It will not give a chance for your stomach to digest the food easily, thus, fats will be trap on your belly. After eating, walk a little. It will help a lot for digesting down the foods.

2. Meats takes 3 to 5 hours to digest. It's the hardest one. So better eat it during lunch not on dinner.

3. Relax

4. A little discipline and

5. drink plenty of water.

that's all...
