You weigh 150 and bench 320!? You're doing great. Keep up with it, it sounds like you've got tremendous potential. Try reading some magazines like Men's Fitness, Men's Health or Muscle & Fitness. There are also a ton of bodybuilding sites online, too. You want to do more than work on your bench, however. You want to work your entire body. Try splitting your body into parts and working them on different days. So, one day might be just legs, another might be chest and triceps, and a third day each week might be back and biceps. For each major body part, you would do 2-3 exercises, where you can do 8-12 reps and no more, and three sets of those reps. Also make sure you're eating enough protein to gain quality weight (muscle not fat). Keep learning, and ask people at the gym for tips, and you'll do great.

I highly doubt you bench that much weighting 150 and only working out for a week.

Since I work out very hard (and for around 5 years) and weight 190 and probably bench 260 at most..

But keep working hard none the less. And if you are trying to up your numbers on the internet to impress us, you should be spending more time at the gym.

you're friends are probably joking when they say that you're weak, either that or theyre just jealous. just keep going to the gym, or buy some weights and work out at home. you'll progress over time, and then you're friends wont be able to talk. =]
