I am 5'4" and about 195 lbs.I know its bad.So I want to loose weight in my stomach (Mostly),legs,and arms.Please give me some exercises to do,how much to do them and how long tipical results should take? I already know about eating healthy.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

To lose stomach weight, crunches/sit-ups are always good. Try doing 2 sets of 30 in about two minutes. For your legs, squats will help and do them in sets of 12. And to get a better effect do the squats while lifting up dumbbells (if you have any available.) For the arms, again dumbbells will help, but you can always do pushups. Start with "girl" pushups (your knees touching the floor) and do one set with your hands touching each other, one set with your hands shoulder width apart and one set with your hands far away from each other. Running is always a good thing, how ever walking and speed walking are good too, esp on the knees. So try doing maybe a mile or two ( if you can ) a day.

Try looking in magazines, usually ones that come out in the spring have good exercise tips to get you ready for summer
