The Middle of east is consididered by most historians as the "Cradle of Civilization". The Tigris and the Euphrates in Modern day Iran and the Nile in modern day Egypt were large freshwater systems. Much like today, rivers and oceans man commerce, trate and food. Because civilizations were emerging in the Middle East and North Africa as early as 5000 B.C., older world religions were also born from these roots.
As for Judaism, it is the father of both Christianity in Islam, with christianity emerging first at the beginning of the new age and Islam arriving later around 700 A.D.

Religion didn't launch from the Middle East. It just happens to be the first area of the world where permanent civilizations were established, flourished, and conquered the rest of the world (spreading their particular religion as they went); as a conseqence of agricultural innovaiton which suffered from slower progress in most of the rest of the world.
If Native Americans had conquered the world, the predominant religion would be nature worship and God would be Brother Raven, or another similar creation myth.

Just as many religeons were found in the fertile delta of india.
Basic gist of why : Excellent farming, excellent water quality, excellent temperatures. created a craddle for civilization. as people began to have slightly more leisure time, the questions of why am I here came up more frequently, any who could answer that question got a religeon.
The religeons you name, just happen to be the easiest core concepts to master . ( There is but one god.. only by him can you get eternal life) pretty simple. easy to preach.

He needed a dry and remote territory to create and propagate the species without the interruptions of rock music, log fires and straw dances. It was a practical solution to a nagging desire to create spirituality that could blossom in the sun.
He/she was lonely!
