Hair (generally) grows about an inch or so a month.

If your hair was recently butchered, you'll have to either put-up with it for a month or two, or go see another stylist to repair the damage.

Your only other real choices are extensions or a wig, and both can be *very* expensive!

You will notice a difference if you eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and grains. Elimate all junk food. Take a multi vitamin daily, B Complex, Calcium/mag supplement, Coq 10, and fish oil and you are on your way to beautiful hair, etc.! Give it a try.
