chiller condensor small tempreture differance not getting down eventhough three times condensor descalling is done.small tempreture differance is 17 degree

*check the sufficient cooling water/cooling media flow is there or not. I was came across the same problem.Problem was lying with struct c/w inlet valve.
*Check there is no air trapping . It is more pronounced in multi-pass exchangers.
*Actually your question is not clear , so I am giving generalized answer.
-what about chiller?
tubes, shell side are clear?
-is there any leak in the tube/tube to tube sheet joints?
-sufficient refrigerating charge is there?
-TEV/Controll valve is properly set/working properly?
-Is there sufficient load from the process side?
-check all the controlls.
-CHECK FOR THE NCG IN THE SYSTEM.

If this is a multi-pass condenser, did the mechanics have the heads oriented properly when they were replaced following the cleaning ? If placed incorrectly, water passages can be blocked.
